Thoughts about this being the best anime of all time.

I’ll say it straight up, I do think this show is the best anime of all time. I love the characters, the protagonist Yui is amazing and loveable, Mio, Ritsu, Azusa is also great to see beside Yui throughout most of the story, and the antagonists are phenomenal, Mugi was a great antagonist at first and with her character development made her amazing and was a great part of the anime. Then the flashbacks later on in the story with Mugi and Nodoka, I could go on all day about this series and how amazing it is. I do think it is amazing and in my top 10, but it is not my favourite anime. I just think it is the best, because of the story writing, character development, everything I mentioned above, and so much more. I’d like to hear others opinions on this!

The assesment is debateable. I'd say it 100% depends on your taste in anime. No anime is the BEST anime objectively. It is just a false claim. An anime might have the best animation, or the best character development or the best sound design and so on. But while someone might like an anime, others might hate it. You can't really convince a hellbent shounen or action anime fan that K-on is the best anime. And even in the Slice of life genre... I'd say that there are animes that I enjoyed far more than I did K-on. It is an amazing anime. It just... Isn't the best

Is it the best ever? Definitely in the running. Is it currently my favourite? Absolutely. From the best studio with a god tier director. Some of the best written characters ever. All that and the music is just amazing.

I think it's ironic that this is bait copy pasted from an FMAB thread, since if this was serious, I would actually say that K-ON, while good, has the same issue as FMAB in the consideration of being "the best"; that it does everything well but doesn't go off to do anything particularly ground-breaking.

K-ON is a good anime but I definitely wouldn't put it in my top 10 it doesn't make me feel much it's all happy there's no sadness, anger, jealousy, there's no action and the comedy isn't anything great either if you're looking for a nice wholesome time I would totally recommend
K-ON but I want compassion in each line for a slice of life I want drama tons of different feeling's going through my mind and yes while
K-ON is a nice good wholesome anime that's just not what I'm looking for in a slice of life but you got your own opinion those are just my thoughts

This anime is definitely amazing and I would easily say that it falls in masterpiece category and its #1 in my favorites but sayin it the best anime for all the humanity is incorrect as there are anime which are objectively better than k on in terms of writing, character design, sound effects, animation while k on is just simplicity masterpiece

I think that this might be one of the top ten anime of all time. It's funny, not boring, cute, sad, happy, and all together a great show. It's impacted my life big time, and inspires me to keep practicing my study of music.
