This is no where near "Higurashi: When they cry" it is one of the most brutal anime i've seen.

It is violent but in my opinion Blood-C and Elfen Lied are tied. I would put them both in first place.

It is violent but hella good in plot and animation style, I also hate the fact that Lucy and Nyu are sometimes nude in the show
