So, completed 2nd volume and 3rd starts here. I wasn’t able to follow through Chiaki's confession, but after reading back I've come to understand her more. She had somewhat a different understanding of Haruki due to his aloof nature, so she didn’t act before. But now since everything's coming into motion Chiaki realises Haruki can be active, trying to help others or solve issues. So she feels left behind because in her mind she's the one whom has been the closest to Haruki the most in last 3 years, and she knows Haruki quite well (In Haruki's own words Chiaki has been seeing through him) so yeah now it makes sense.
