I know it's kinda late, but I am feeling very happy that I watched this series.

Golden Time is probably one of the anime that you should watch.

it’s my favorite romance anime and imo kinda underrated, I’d maybe even say it’s my fav anime but that’s probably pushing it

It's for you, not for us.
Unlike most romance stories, where the plot is "will the characters end up together?", and then ends with a "yes!" and a happily ever after, Golden Time's plot is two people working through the relationship, and realizing that there isn't a happily ever after.
We found that really refreshing.

I cried on the last part when he... Uk it. That part was awesome. I love to watch this series again in future.
