So 4 episodes, and the main female character, 'can't even bother to learn her name' is making my blood boil, does she actually get any development or I am better of dropping this rn.

She does but her behavior won't change that much. If she bothers you to the point that you can't enjoy the story then I do suggest you just drop it. But If you still find anything(like the story for example, the story is really good IMO) interesting then I suggest you continue, cause the FMC(even though doesn't change much behavior-wise) has quite the character development throughout the show.

the character development is good! She definitely gets better. All I ask is that you don’t drop this show. There will be other characters that are also better. My favorites are Linda and the mc, have fun!

she is one of my favourite female characters. I will recommend u Don't drop it watch it till the end.It is worth it.

Yea just drop it. If you take a look at my rating for Golden Time I think it’s pretty much shit. She’s just gonna make you angrier but if you want to torture yourself as I did when I completed it knock yourself out.

At first, I didn't like her much but I didn't dislike her character as well. What do you call it? It was new to me and I'm finding it hard to adapt but as I watched the series-it gets interesting in the middle part. The story is good and you'll eventually like her. I mean, she's not the only character there... Just look for a character that you would make yourself watch it. Personally, it was that girl you spoke about that hook me in this story.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

I would say wait until the plot really kinda starts to thicken which is around 14-16 ten decide cause if u decide in only 4 eps then Most animes would be shit

Everybody there made my blood boil in that show,I wish I dropped show at ep 10.Anime didn’t age well and I felt like I watch cringe show all the time.There are some wholesome moments and drama elements and don’t get me wrong,I didn’t hate it as a show...

If you are dropping the anime cause of the girl and not the story then I suggest you don't do that. She DOES get a character development tho her personality doesn't change much.
Take your time, but I suggest you to finish the anime cause it gets better later.

major reason why i dropped it after 5 episodes

though, there were other contributing factors as well
