Best episodes in this series overall?

I’ve now watched up to about 20, done a bit skipping around and I find myself either loving or hating the episode with very little in-between, does anybody have a list of the best episodes or recommendations for which ones stand atop the rest?

Episode 32 (Especially the part where Zenigata drunkenly confesses his obsession with Lupin to him in the prison)

Episode 39 (I love it when Zenigata gets to be cool once in a while)
