| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Volume 2, Chapter 8: this was a very interesting chapter. It is an enticing offer to be able to forever live your dreams, but I don't like how everything in the chapter played out. I think it would have been much more powerful if Renton was able to have a fully imagined dream that he chooses to leave. His inability to produce a tangible dream lessens the impact of his choice. My favorite part of the chapter was Eureka's part. It was a great way to show how she has changed. |
