While it sucks to see her cry, it's the result of her actions. She set people up to get them expelled simply because she could, tried to set the MC up and her rebuffed her (then repeatedly tried to set him up in more incriminating situations), had a condescending attitude while trying to manipulate him, and didn't reflect on her actions,

Hopefully she realized her feelings through this and tries to change, Her previous behavior aside, I would love to see her go from acting like a tsundere to being more humble and trying to relate to him.

Got flustered and confessed for real while still trying to put him down...Meanwhile the guy hit the right nodes in his answer..
No remorse rather she got off way too easily considering how many careers were plummeted due to her false accussations.
