Guts from Berserk and Jaime Lannister from A Song of Ice and Fire have a lot in common. To the severing of their hands to their intimate involvement with the villain of their stories. They are byronic heroes, anti heroes, And tragic heroes all at once. They suffer and have made mistakes and changed a lot. What do you guys think?

I partly agree while both Jamie and guts are portrayed as anti hero's and both have gone through mutilations that changed the core of their lives even made them better people.. There is a gap of difference while guts has lived in poor places had to raise himself trained almost by himself and never really had a family while jamie had everything he could ever had in life he was well trained by top knights and had a family even tho he was fuckin his sister lol basically its street slum vs family heir but im glad to see there's fans of A Song of Ice and Fire here you should add me

A couple of other similarities: Both had rather fight with their sword until the very end and not sit down with royalties. Both have killed kids (Jaime's is attempted).
