In which way and in what misure do you think this work is connected with the 40mins-movie "Magnetic rose", contained in the "Memories" anthology?

Both pieces are screenplayed by the same author, both involve the `memory` element, a lone old woman whose hopes are faided, and a quite similar,in the metaphoric tonality, ending.

Is "Millennium actress" an evolution of the previous one, where the theme of memories is more deepenly, even if differently, examinated?
