| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Half way point of the show now. I really hope they throw out the weird jokes in this series soon. It's getting a bit stale after 5+ episodes. Regarding the plot, I feel like little has happened yet again. I mean, there's the case of Setsuna's mysterious identity and Rinne a lot more about him than she is letting on. We did get to see a bit of her past though. I just wonder how his role in the show ties the whole plot together in the end. |

| This episode and the last episode have definitely been better in progressing the various mysteries, but it would be a distinct lie to say it has been perfect, as there still have been various tonal issues. Also, wasn't it stated earlier on that, like "Setsuna" in the first episode, that Rinne just washed up on the beach out of nowhere 5-ish years ago? So, based on that, she is very likely to be a time traveler too and, as such, Sara's warnings about the consequences of Setsuna falling for someone from the present don't necessarily make any sense at all. Also, if this "Setsuna" we've been following isn't the one Rinne knew before, then who the hell is he and who was the original Setsuna? I'll be interested to see how the show explains that. |

| That different Setsuna still looked like the same Setsuna to me but with a ponytail. He clearly has dreams of doing things with Kuon and also has moments with Sara's mom .Wait?! Don't tell me he is the father of his harem? He's obviously not from the future but from a distant past. If so that's some predestination sht. |

| Okay... so there's something that just really bugs me about this... and I don't mean the usual problems or the stuff everyone already knows or anything it's just... Around 6 Minutes into the episode when Setsuna and Rinne are laying in bed... WHY IS THERE SO MUCH GOD DAMN EFFORT PUT INTO THEM HOLDING HANDS. Like my god the amount of detail they put into that hits like driving into a freaking brick wall. The change in quality is so sudden and out of nowhere I CAN LITERALLY FEEL IT AND I DON'T LIKE IT AT ALL. It was like their hands started vibrating right as they are moving their fingers and it just... why... aside from that I guess the episode was decent. BUT IT LOOKS STRAIGHT UP INHUMAN WHAT THE HECK And I must also say I like the heart glasses. |

She doesn't have the syndrome, but it's a good trait for her since she's known about the condition for so long... Uh-oh. Kuon looks angry... Lennon and Yoko? Am I missing something here? Huh...now that I think of it...what would happen if a couple from two different timelines had a child? These legends are a bunch of cucks... Well at least this anime isn't afraid to talk about sex... So there's another Setsuna, and the current Setsuna isn't the real Setsuna...Huh...I wonder where all of this is going to lead to... |
