| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- With this first chapter, we are introduced to a world of mysteries and intrigue. The series starts off strong with a rather satisfying twist, leaving us with mouths agape at the horror that two people can openly share with one another. The main character is rather interesting as well. She is very reminiscent of Moguro Fukuzo (The Laughing Salesman/Warau Salesman) in the way that she mysteriously appears in someone's life, uses strange powers, and leaves suddenly after a great tragedy. The only difference here is that, unlike Moguro, she serves mainly to unearth and bear witness to the horrors of mankind, while Moguro serves to bring them out through temptation and entrapment. This feels as though it will be a fun series. |
