Where does this scene come from?

Hi, so, I was just casually browsing youtube when I stumbled upon this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xh4HVeNAd9w
At 3:24 there is a scene with Shizuku and Haru, and they seem to act out some kind of play? With the old western theme? I have seen the series and the Gokudou-kun ova, but I'm positive I haven't seen this scene before! Is there some ova that I have missed or where does it come from?
