That was an awesome ending - So he's Cerberus because he has 3 heads each with its own abilities and personality. The second head is probably a laser shooting one which would be perfect for Haru to learn how to be a mirror.

Might be, but sounds far-fetched imo.
Since the volume doesn't end with Crow winning, I also tend to think that he'll learn the mirror ability in this fight, but in a different way. It'll mostlikely have something to do with the thunder stage they are fighting at, since Crow has talked about this particular stage in his fight against the enraged Ash. One outcome could be that Crow lifts Cerberus with his flying ability in to the thunder clouds to damage him, meanwhile his mirror ability will be triggered, therefore he'll not loose any health himself. As long as one wants to put damage done by lightnings in the category of light attacks.

Nonetheless, excited for the reveal of Cerberus different abilities and the galleries, reaction, lol.
