They can be a danger for each others if they can't resist to their pulses. And apparently it was really because there's a sort of connections between both Death Eyes that he could've seen what he was doing. |

| I would agree, the fact that A) You know that Shiki and Roa are somehow linked due to Shiki's dreams B) You know that Roa only possesses people who already have a special power and C) You know that whoever this is he has the same power as Shiki ... Their literally isn't any way that this new person isn't Roa. |
