They want to bring down the corrupted government, whereas the teacher only cared about bringing kids into that corrupted world. |

| I enjoyed this episode, I like when someone reforms their life into a more peaceful one. What the assasins were doing didn't really bother me until they tried to use force and blackmail to get the old man to join them. |

I know you wont read this anymore but as supermegasonic said: thats becuz kenshin, unlike other shonen hero's started at the top, rather at the botton, all he has to do is defend his title. says: Kenshin is already a hero, he just fights to save others now, unlike other anime where the main character has to learn from bottom and get better in every episode. Kenshin is already good, the only movement he can have is to become better at protecting others without becoming Battousai again. Which I hope to see, even so. |

| I was liking the story in this one but it seems every good character besides Kenshin, Sano and Kaoru is being made to do something against their will when we meet them, until some swordplay by the Kenshin posse solves everything. I guess that's the point, but at least the prof seemed tempted by the dark side for a split second. |

| So Kenshin ended up with a cut on his neck? I was very curious if Kenshin left a mark or broke something of the leader assassin, I guess not. |

XD (ex: nearly naked fat guys or false evil rituals blahhh) And more Sano! <3 Hehe, I loved Yahiko's comment near the beginning. -w- Sano and Megumi are SO right for each other. And gosh, Kenshin is always just too adorable! Still hard to believe he was(sort of still is) one of the deadliest samurai with that cute face, lol. |

| I liked the new samurai. He looked so average, which fits the role he is trying to play now as a normal guy. The episode played out pretty well too. |

The higher-ups never know what's good for the team or the scope of the project, lol.  |
