 Tsukasa Kawaguchi, author of the light novel series Madan no Ou to Vanadis, has announced via his Twitter on Friday that the light novel will end in its 18th volume, which will be released later this year.Madan no Ou to Vanadis is written by Tsukasa Kawaguchi, with illustrations by Yoshi☆wo and Hinata Katagiri, and began publishing under the MF Bunko J imprint in April 2011. The series currently has 16 volumes in print, with the 17th volume to be released on July 25. A manga adaptation was serialized in Comic Flapper for ten volumes between October 2011 and August 2016. Seven Seas Entertainment has been publishing the manga in English in North America since September 2016. A 13-episode anime adaptation by studio Satelight aired in Fall 2013, covering the first five volumes of the novel. FUNimation licensed the anime for North American distribution, and released the series in a Blu-ray and DVD volume in February 2016. Source: Otakomu |
