| well then, so it's not her father... but a young boy. the more i watch, the more i feel like it's a contender for a type of anime i've been searching for. ever since i watched ---- in my childhood, i've wanted one that is similar to it in certain ways. |
| I didn't really expect "Versailles no Bara"-level, but I somehow had hoped to see a piece that takes the historical background at least slightly seriously. But I think now it is time to switch expectations, and to watch this as a fantasy series, with some coinicidental resemblance to reality. |
