The 20th Japan Media Arts Festival list has been announced. The recipients include those from Japan, America, Brazil, Bulgaria, England, Korea, Mexico, and Russia.

Animation Division
Grand Prize
Kimi no Na wa. by Makoto Shinkai (Japan)

Excellence Awards
Koe no Katachi by Naoko Yamada (Japan)
O Menino e o Mundo by Alê Abreu (Brazil)
A Love Story by Anushka Kishani Naanayakkara (England)
Among the black waves by Anna Budanova (Russia)

New Face Awards
Moom by Daisuke Tsutsumi and Robert Kondo (Japan, America)
Have Dreamed Of You So Much by Emma Vakarelova (Bulgaria) 
Rebellious by Arturo "Vonno" Ambriz / Roy Ambriz (Mexico)

Manga Division
Grand Prize
Blue Giant by Shinichi Ishizuka (Japan)

Excellence Award
Soumubu Sououka Yamaguchi Roppeita by Kenichirou Takai, Norio Hayashi (Japan)
Misaeng by Tae-Ho Yoon; Ayako Furukawa, Seung Bok Kim (Translation) (Korea, Japan)
Yuugai Toshi by Tetsuya Tsutsui (Japan)

I've yet still to watch Kimi no Na wa but I'm not surprised to see it winning grand prize for the Animation Division.

Really happy to see Blue Giant win the grand prize for the Manga Division.

The Brazilian awarded name is Alê Abreu.
To be with Koe no Katachi on the awards is a great achievement. xD

If I am not mistaken, this is Yamada Naoko-san's second award in the Japan Media Arts Festival Awards as she also won an award during the 18th Media Arts Festival for Tamako Love Story.
