Rape, nudity and unexpected character's death... Something new Gantz was lacking but now it seems like the old one is back. What I don't understand is why the rapist was transferred without getting killed beforehand. And also I hope the mermaid is not a final boss just like it usually happens when the alien appears at the beginning.

Welp I had expected one of the university students to die this mission, but I wasn't expecting it to happen that quickly. Mermaid too OP, pls nerf. I think it'd be pretty interesting if the Mermaid did turn out to be the final boss of this game, since it'd be an interesting twist from the boss alien hiding out till the end to make its move.

Also minor point here, but what happened to chapter 11? Did someone just use King Crimson on us all? NWM, found it.

Actually this has happened before, it's the same way that the vampire Host Samurai (can't remember his actual name) got dragged into the Osaka/Nurarihyon mission.

Why didn't they kill the rapist doh? haha saw that perverted trait also I'm sure shenanigans will ensue. How stupid really. Saw that death coming miles away. God these guys are terrible they even had H-guns the whole time... calling it now that other dood will revive Fujimoto by the end & we'll have a "oops we both missed our chance to escape lets start over again" moment.

Even though he had a H-gun the boss was spawn camping anyways. Fujimoto was SOL to begin with. I doubt they will rez him though, the two characters were mentors and served their purpose.

Was that a pregnant woman? If she gives birth, does the kid also have to "play the game" or does it get a free pass out of things because it technically wasn't its own being when this started?

I don't think it matters that much. In the case the new-born child belongs to the game, he's too small and couldn't do anything. In the case he doesn't belong to game, he's still small and couldn't do sh1t either, so there's no different at all. It's all on his mother, she's the one who should protect the baby life if she be able to.

(And I think we can just simply ignore the posibility that the new-born baby could survive to the mature age like 15 or so in the game with or without his mom, to the point he could actually "play" by himself, so all the discussion going nowhere with that).
