any reliable source about the author wanting to end it differently+my fan theory (spoilers)

so i have seen a lot of people saying that the author wanted to end the story differently, with a full out incest ending, but the publisher forced him to change it. however, i couldnt find any reliable source for this, so could anyone give me a link to one? i dont care if its in japanese, i could just use google chrome's page translation. and i also read somewhere that the kiss at the chick in the end was supposed to be a kiss in the mouth, anyone has a source to this?
all i did find was this thread, and its just a fan translation, and i cant tell if the japanese link he gave there is reliable.

Also, if the author ever said how he wanted to end the anime/light novel, i'd love to get a link to that as well!(again, japanese is ok).

and if the author truly wanted a happy incestuous ending, then i have a small(and not very original) theory:
