In Katanagatari I can watch whole episode in one time. I could not when I was watching Bakemonagatari, I had to split one episode in 2 rounds. |

| wow completely surprised from my original outlook of this show, I actually found it likeable after my friend suggested I watch it and im glad he did! I can see that it'll have its fair share of action and comedy perhaps like a lighter soul eater, and the art I really find agreeable. will most definitely finish! |

| Well after a month of sitting around and studying, I decided to watch this. Beautiful art, and I love the character design. This episode was amusing. The long wait for each episode is going to kill me :< |
| "Its not like i'm doing for the shogunate, or honor or whatever. I'm doing for you. I've fallen for you." That was quite original. Its pretty fresh to listen to that instead of: "Its not like i'm doing this for you. I'm doing it for honor blablabla..." I'm probably silly person, but that made me like this anime pretty much. I expect great things from this series. Shichika surely is funny. Under 9000 S-Woa thats a lot! N-Thats few. S-Okay, few then. Over 9000 S-Thats few. N-That's a lot... S-Alot then. |

| I enjoyed the episode, and overall I'm feeling positive about the series, but I didn't love it. The animation didn't bother me at all, and I liked the characters and their quirks, especially in conversation that took place between Nanami, Shichika and Togame in the house. The amount of dialogue and general wordiness of the episode didn't really bother me, it was more that certain parts were a little lecture-ey(?), but I guess I'll have to see if that changes as the series progresses. |
| Feels like a real shounen feel: A defined goal of collecting 12 swords to save (take over) the world. Characters seem developed okay however, the Ninja talked way too much. They engaged in battle three times total and the reason why he won was due to his own inability to weild a sword. Hopefully Nanami saying how he is a total noob will be true. Interesting action scenes? O.O |

| it was one of those episodes that even though its quite long, it didnt feel like it was even close to the time length, i laughed a bit and so far a pretty good series |
| Wonderful style, but oh man. Togame and Shichika have the GREATEST dynamic. The dynamic was great with all the side characters, too-my new dialogue anime after Mouryou no Hakou, and subs'll even be released at approximately the same rate! (har, har. . .sob. . .) |

| I just started to whatch this anime, but after seeing the first episode i can say 2 things. First is that i got a bit tired at the end cause the 50 mins length was a bit strange for me because im used to 20 mins. Second, i rly liked it, and will whatch the other two and the others as soon as i can :) |

| Characters seem kind of one dimensional and potentially boring, but I love the animation so much. Pretty decent first episode. |

| Not liking the 50 minute episode nature. I honestly think they dragged out way too much, spending too much time on useless crap and poor animation/dialogue. Hopefully next episode will be better. |

| I''m not to thrilled with the art or the excessive dialogue, but something about this is making me want to watch more. I can't really pinpoint it yet, but I can say I like Shichika's bluntness. |
