| Anyone know any good movies for anime? I've seen almost all the Ghibli films movies, and I've seen alot of series movies for like Naruto and other popular anime. I just really like anime movies and don't know whats next. I'm looking for a Independent movie (not part of an anime series), some thing that is similar feeling to the Ghibli films stuff (example : Summer Wars, Empire of Corpses). though I wasn't a fan of how Empire of corpses was set up, it was very confusing at times, but it was still a good story. I liked Summer Wars very much and thought it was well written and had very strong characters. So if you could help please comment!  |
| Neeeeeecro-up :) @BPXXBLINKERS : I'm not sure you're still watching this thread, but Satoshi Kon's movies are pretty good too. Things like Paprika, Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfathers and my favorite Millennium Actress. They're a bit stranger than Ghibli productions though, so it might not be to your taste ^^ Also stuff like Jin-Roh is great ! |
