Too bad about the fight, they teased it a little though. Glad to see Kirei again. I always missed his lovely voice. But most importantly, Gil showed up! Finally. One of my favorite characters from the franchise.  "Onee-schan". I like their character chemistry already. |

| Still not a fan of Gil's voice. I get that he's basically child Gil but it's too high-pitched to the point where I'm worried that my favorite scene from the manga won't have the same impact that it did when reading it: Besides Gil's voice, a solid 9/10 all around. Based Chef Kirei, our first glimpses at this world's Emiya Shirou (arguably the most badass of all the Shirous), and the ending right before the Gilgamesh vs. Angelica fight. Soon the anime-only fanbase will see why 3rei is considered some of the best Fate material that there is. hype! |

| Another great episode. Nothing important was removed, altho I was sad they removed , but ultimately it changes nothing really. I am surprised they managed to cover 2 chapters without it feeling rushed. Next episode is bound to be great. CC9ers said: Still not a fan of Gil's voice. Hm, I didn't watch the preview initially but I went back and watched it. It doesn't sound too bad, but it still isn't as angry as I would hope for it to sound. Hopefully the bgm will help out also. |

They are adapting it perfectly.In fact removing Tanaka foreshadowing helps to emphasize Also after rewatching Gil's stuff was not cut by jail cell. It is simply not voiced out. . Its the same kind of subtle foreshadowing as with Chloe in ep1 Kirei stuff still carries the same meaning even without the exaggerated part.(which would not fit Kirei apart from comedic gag anyway). So literally absolutely nothing was lost in terms of content from those cuts. Must be remembering then. Still not canon tho. Their fate is unknown. Maybe it happened maybe it not. Certainly not the needlessly juvenile-edgy way it was shown. Alas this is not a thread for kneejerk reactions from the usual circlejerk. |

They do a bit if your run time is exactly 23 minutes and 40 seconds with OP and ED. The comedy scenes are just as importnt tho :p Prillya without Fate/service isn't Prillya. |

It literally contained maybe two or three gags total and all three are important for the show. Mapo Chef intro scene can't be removed. Gil joining the team can't be removed. The only way to do it is to remove panels here and there like they did(the foreshadowing panels are not the only ones they removed - some of non-relevant reaction shots or frames were removed too which is how they saved time). The fact that they did it without it feeling rushed or without cutting anything important is mindblowing achievement that shows the quality of the staff involved. | HOLY SHIT. next episode, we will be seeing something that we can't see from fate/stay night franchise. 2 freaking Gil will be fighting eachother. one is in loli-looking, and one is a girl. how awsome is that xD and next episode we will be getting more action other than gil fight scene too. i'm obviously looking foward to it. and from watching this episode; Illya x Gil ? lol great and enjoyable episode overall. next episode will be the real shit xD Miyu's brother sure got fucked up real hard i see. i feel bad for him. and i'm still putting my eye widely toward Tanaka. i'm very interested in her. AND i see Kirie in this episode lol xD but i doubt he will be the important character in this series. |

There it was said that Gil was less arrogant compared to how he became when he grew up. 2. Oh, he's still kingly. Wait for the fight next episode for more on that. |
