Everything is purely speculation at this point unless we hear something today/tomorrow regarding the *potential* announcement (which itself hasn't even been confirmed) with the physical release of the 15th novel. If anything, I think another OVA or two is far more likely than another season. At best I feel we could hope for a 12-episode season and at worst there isn't an announcement with the novel at all.

Well obviously this anime not really popular. And by looking at that Ova was released 2015 they may have money problem or just not working because it's not popular
