| One of the funniest episodes by far. It started out slow but totally had me laughing and grinning throughout the whole thing. Poor Kondo. Katsura's gangstah self and trollin' Sougo were my favs. I'd be too busy spazzing like a cray person watching a cooking show ft. Hijikata ft. a crapload of mayo (and I hate mayo, the smell of it is enough to make me sick). ED3 is still my fav, but def liking the new OP and ED. |

| Dragonbleapiece was hilarious!!! I loved all their crazy ideas for what to do lol! so funny! Hijikata's cooking show! just put mayo on mayo! lol. I like mayo but not that much I'd wanna do that and eat it all the time lol. |

Well uh...that episode certainly was meta. :D I guess it makes sense to start off season 2 with the various characters pitching revamps to the series. With so many to choose from though it's hard to pick a favorite. Kagura's seemed fairly emotional: Sachan's looked fairly terrifying: Kondou's seemed fairly sweet: While Otae's DragonBleaPiece a bit more realistic: And anything that elicits this reaction must be good: With so many parodies and references including stuff I didn't even bother to screecap like magical girls and cooking shows I'm feeling overwhelmed! Thank goodness the decision wasn't mine to make. Good luck Elizabeth...err Mr. Director:  Also, new OP/ED! That ED certainly looked serious. Might an actually serious arc be coming my way soon? |

| Oh man, I haven't seen this many references until I watched this episode of Gintama lol, and I love it! Definitely looking forward to seeing DragonBleaPiece! Anyways, I, overall, found this episode to be really funny, and I'm definitely excited to see what's next! |

| Second part of Gintama starts off with a not so serious episode. The director is just messing with us lmao. I mean, I enjoyed it a lot. This was a great way to start the second part of Gintama. Everyone's stories were great! Most of them were hiliarous. Otea's story was full of references (DBZ, OP and Bleach) made me laugh. Sougo's psychological attack killed me for real. I love his dense personality. Even if he does nothing, it just makes me laugh. The direction for this episode was VERY weird but somehow VERY good. The director even joined in and stole Elizabeth's character. The OP and ED are both amazing. Espically the OP. The visuals for both are pretty nice. A really good start. It was nice to see everyone together. And will probably be the last time.  |

| First episode seen with the original japanese audio and it was great since the cold opening. Can imagine Gintama to seriously make a single episode out of all these customized "improvements" and still pull off each and every one of them But seriously, Hijikata will make me dislike mayo at some point, his own segment even if still funny turned out to be on auto-pilot |
