WHITE ALBUM 2 - HAVE AN IMPORTANT QUESTION

Okauy, so it may not be too important to some people, however, i just finished watching White Album 2, and i hear the Novel goes on further than htis, so anyone who has read it... im a huge Touma and Haruki fan, so could someone tell me if they ever meet again? or what becomes of Haruki's relationship with her and Setsuna?
