About the "PG-13" rating

This anime, although not as intense, contains a fair amount of sexual scenes and some partial nudity which I think is beyond PG-13. After all, when it aired in America on Toonami, it was rated TV-MA.

I don't know where you're getting your information, because every episode was TV-14, with one a TV-PG.
