| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A RAW is out and so starts the first censor-fest of the Winter Season. The art seems ok to me (I liked Kanokon, so sue me), voice cast is good and the characters seem likeable enough, except the blondie with the GIGA DRILL BREAKER. The ecchi level seems high, but you can't really tell for sure 'cause half the damn screen is either WHITE or BLACK. Seriously, the japanese anime makers need to pull their heads out of their asses and realise that this is NOT cool. I find this level of censorship insulting to the viewers, whether they later choose to buy the DVDs or not. I mean, what's the point of showing the series on TV if you're not actually SHOWING it ? DVD sales ? Bullshit. They get put on the net anyway. But you have to wait 6 - 12 MONTHS to see it properly. WTF ? Might as well make it an OVA. I hope another station shows a "less censored" version so we can all SEE the anime. Edit: The AT-X broadcast of the episode on January 5th is COMPLETELY UNCENSORED. Joy to the world ! Hope they show the rest of the episodes like that. |

| this anime is great.I can almost recognize every single voice actor in there. Saikyo is chizuru from kanokon Sernia is Rena from Higurashi Kaoru is Louise from Zero no Tsukaima(voice a bit deep still....i can feel it) The Striper Hiro is Mikuru from The melancholy of Haruhi I think this anime is a harem type.Will Hino pair with Saikyo or Sernia in the end is a mystery for me ^^ Ohh....this anime smell like Kanokon to me and Saikyo as Chizuru's voice actor just makes me shock even more ~~~~~ |

| @ francis The RAW I downloaded first was labeled "PA" (pre-airing, I guess), was only 20 minutes long and had no OP or ED, which is why I thought it was just a heavily censored version for streaming purposes (like they did with Purezza), but now after seeing 2 AT-X RAWs (which were exactly the same), I lost all hope of seeing this properly until the DVDs are out. Too bad, but I'll still be watching it because I like some of the characters. |

| I LOVE THIS ANIME! so far. Granted my forte is Ecchi humor and harems so yeah. But just in general I was crying at the episode from laughing so much. I had to bite my hand so that I wouldn't laugh out too loud. I think I'm gonna love this from A-Z. Granted I can easily see how people might not like this. Here's how I think it's gonna go down so far. Hino is gonna probably end up either with drill girl (bear with me here because I still don't have their names down) or butler cross-dressing girl (in case if you missed that, it was Hino's roommate. look the trailer up it shows a future scene where she's changing and he walks in to discover. It probably happens next episode or 2) both are high candidates for Tsundere turned lover. At the end probably most of the girls will fall for him like usual but he'll have his special one he wants to stay with. However within the last 2 or 3 episodes he's probably gonna do something stupid, be misunderstood (tie in delinquent look here), and nearly be expelled from school till suddenly the girl (s) bails him out. That's cliche manner for this type of show. I'm probably guessing about 12-15 episodes. Also not expecting a satisfying "I love you" ending either. Meh, I'll enjoy the near-porn ride. Also did anyone else think that this shows rates closer to hentai than most other ecchi's? I mean, that whole scene when the clumsy maid falls on him was pretty graphically depicted!! oh well. I love it either way (what? I'm a perv). Here's to a great new year and some great ecchi! |

| Errgh...I thought this series would seem interesting when I read about the plot, and it is. The only problem I find is the art. I just hate, and I mean "hate" XEBEC's recent art style. The face is fine, but everything else....yeah. If this turns out like Kanokon, then I might as well drop it now. |

| Pretty funny first ep. Some of the girls were kind of annoying, but I liked the dude. The art is pretty generic, and way too much censorship. I don't know if I'll watch this one, not a whole lot looks very promising for the season, so I may watch it if there are no better comedies. I need something to fill my Seitokai no Ichizon spot of randomness for the week, but I'm not sure if this'll cut it...Urahara Out!! |

| So far I'm loving all of the characters, I don't really care for the clumsy maid, if her clumsiness is funny and not overdone, then I'll like her a little bit. Love the drill hair girl the most right now. The male's lead roommate is obviously a girl pretending to be a boy, unless Rie Kugimiya is doing another rare shouta role. The Kanokon animation is sweet. |

As for Sernia's hair, sometimes it looks like drills, sometimes like bee stingers and sometimes it reminds me of intestines... Really disturbing, weirdest hair I've seen in an anime and I've seen plenty. |
