Excellent, EXCELLENT final episode. I really enjoyed seeing Saitama's expressions during the fight, like this one: "Are you done? With this?" Made the fight have a sad tone to it even in the middle of it. Lovely. Boros was great too obviously. Boros: "Saitama..." *insert title card "The Strongest Hero"* Nice one. Well I'm giving the anime as a whole a 9/10 at least. It never really shook me to the core, so it can't go higher (this episode and ep9 was damn nice though). But I've enjoyed it a whole lot and have always looked forward to it each week. |

Madhouse did it's best with a top team of artists and average budget It is still a beautiful anime nonetheless of couse Murata's art is completely on another level, the anime would never be able to replicate it |

| Literally all the arguments I've heard for why this show isn't good is "It's not good because it doesn't have 'x'" As if things should all adhere to the same standards or else they're not good. Death Note didn't adhere to the standards. It was brilliant. Attack on Titan didn't adhere to the standards. It was brilliant. One Punch Man didn't adhere to the standards. It was brilliant. Naruto adheres to the standards. It's fun to watch but predictable. Bleach adheres to the standards. It's fun to watch but predictable. Probably all your other favorite mainstream shit too. Fun to watch and predictable. You know what's going to happen in the next episode of whatever long running mainstream anime you're watching? Spoilers. The current villain shows just how much of an OP badass he is. There is literally no hope, but WAIT! It turns out that if the hero trains a little bit, he'll gain the power to win! But can he train fast enough? Will he get there before the entire world is doomed? Yeah. He will. Maybe someone will die though. |
| This series delivered. It was being hyped a lot and I wasn't buying it, but man it was a great ride. The final fight was great. 8/10. |

| I got what I wanted from the episode. I was very entertained. I'm also pleased with how they did the moon jump scene. I was worried they'd go the Gurren Lagann route and have sound in space but thankfully it was done well. The final scene was a great way to end off the series by mirroring the first few minutes of episode 1. Also, Tatsumaki is bae. All in all, I give this anime a 7.5-8 out of 10. Very enjoyable action and comedy, and the soundtrack was pleasure. I still very much prefer the manga however. There's just no beating the charm of the incredibly detailed drawings that somewhat resemble animated storyboards. There were also noticeable episodes in which Madhouse skimped on the animation to focus on the "important" parts. Completely understandable given this anime was created on an average budget, but it's still jarringly noticeable. In conclusion One Punch Man was very fun blockbuster ride that I looked forward to weekly. Also, Tatsumaki is bae. |

| This show was never intended to be serious. Why are people acting like it has to be some regular story-driven, plot twist infested show? It was meant to be a fun, exaggerated parody-styled show and I strongly believe they hit those goals pretty cleanly. 8.7/10 |

| Nice episode. Loved the use of the OST and the action was great. Not an entirely fulfilling finale, which I hope adds the possibility of a second season. Overall, it was pretty enjoyable, although the story felt a bit lacking sometimes. 7/10 |

| Best anime of the year right here! Boros fight delivered, which is no surprise considering the whole adaptation has been fantastic (excluding the meteor episode which was a slight disappointment). 9/10 |

| At first I didn't know if I wanted to give this show a 6 or a 7 But then, I realized that I really want to see it in the top 10 and surpass SnK, SAO, TG and other shitty series in terms of popularity So I'm gonna have to go with a 7/10 |

| Awesome fight and it met my expectation. I badly want the soundtrack during boros last speech. Good job Madhouse, but still the manga is more superior for me as it is more funny. I think the seiyuu did a good job and for the humor part, back before OPM is being animated, I knew that it'd be awkward to animate the joke and I'm afraid if Madhouse can do it, and in the end, they can't make it but I won't blame them. Nevermind, I hope there'll be season 2 |

| Amazing. The fight with Boros really lived up to the hype I got when I read it in the manga. I really don't care what anyone says, so many people shit on this anime saying it's repetitive and overrated, or boring, or whatever, but for me, it definitely earned the hype it initially generated, and nothing will change my opinion of that. I know Madhouse is infamous for not making many sequels, but I really hope this gets one. 8.5/10, AOTS for me. I loved this anime so fucking much. |

| Best finale of the year, best fight of the past 15 y are of anime (IMO) and best animation of the Decade IMO as well. 10/10 can barely wait for Season 2 when it comes eventually. |
