| Is this topic asking whether they are similar? If that's the case not really....They're both harem and deal with cats, but Himari has a lot more combat action and a whole shit ton more ecchi. Most of the ecchi isn't accidental either. Himari is quite the seductress. The cat part is because Himari is a cat demon. The main plot revolves around her and other demons (most aren't cats) as well as demon hunters. |

| LOL, now every show where there's a cat is like Nyan koi? The manga is pretty generic but I enjoy it, it is in no way like Nyan koi and have more a shounen feeling than slice of life. It revolve about a demon cat which her familly served the main protagonist's since long ago, she is there to awaken the demon-slayer power of Yuuto like she was instructed to by his familly. Demon slayer are starting to get really rare so Yuuto is getting targeted by a group of demon who are scared of having a demon slayer in their area. At first he does not want to fight but soon realize that only when you have the power to fight back that talking become usefull. I like how the manga make it look like that the demon are the good one and that the demon slayer are the true asshole. |

This is what the show is about and I hasn't spoiled a bit of the real plot. Yes it is also ecchi manga but do not think the plot can be written on 4 line like Nyan koi, I especially avoided spoiling important detail and plot line, let's say I fast fowarded what will happen in the first episode like any good synopsis usually do, afterall if you were ready to read the synopsys I don't see any problem there. |

| putting Nyan Koi! aside, im looking forward to this series...started picking up the manga and im starting to like it. but comparing to Kampfer, this first episode got me pumped up for the rest of the series like what Nyan Koi and Sora no Otoshimono. We shall see what the anime will lead into...(hopefully stickin to the manga roots). btw Himari is SMOKIN' XD |
