Sword Art Online and Mirai Nikki Music similarities

Hey did anyone else than me notice that Mirai Nikki and Sword Art Online share a background theme?

Sword Art Online episode 23 from minute 6:56 to minute 7:04 theres a background theme. This Theme was stolen / borrowed or whatever from Mirai Nikki TV show.

It starts at 1:08:09

I couldnt find anthing out about that on the Internet but these few following facts:

I noticed too :O In the S01 EP02 at 9:50 it's the same music as Mirai Nikki !

I KNOW I noticed it as soon as I heard it in SAO. The melody is THE SAME

It also happens in episode 17, at 16:39 to 19:00, when Asuna is being harassed by Oberon.

I had hoped someone would figure it out by now. I noticed back in the day and was going crazy

Fun fact: another track from Mirai Nikki gets played elsewhere (Bakuman)
