| After watching this after two whole years, I was very surprised on how I forgot almost everything from before. Because of that, I really let down my guard at the time Minami revealed herself to be Lantern all along and I didn't notice that the masked man was actually Jason even in my first watch lmao The ghoul action was awesome and Arima stabbing the floor after incapacitating Minami to stab Yamori was the highlight for me. She was so adorable ;-; It was nice to see characters get their own backstory to have a deeper meaning to them~ One thing that I noticed is that they really like to change hair color over the years xD The frame rate of some scenes were a bit slow but I didn't mind it much. |

| Wow this one episode OVA felt like an entire anime on its own! I was completely caught off-guard on Minami's reveal there too, legit thought she was gonna be useless and confess to him there lmao Been a while since I didn't notice until it was too late like that xD Plus the transition to how they were 12 years later honestly did feel like the final episode of a series. Although I thought Aki was his sister until he called her his wife OOPS lol |

| Decent fight scenes. Cool to see Kishou's fights animated but I disliked Taishi, Aki and Ryou's characters from their introduction for being bad delinquents. Besides the slightly interesting emotions of Uruka, this story was useless as it didn't add anything to the main story, except for Kishou's hint of having enjoyed a normal life as a undercover high school student. Minami as a ghoul was epic and sexy tho. 6/10. I guess I'll skim through the manga to see if the anime lacked any depth because it's hard to imagine if this story was purposeless with how solid in reason Tokyo Ghoul has in every development of its events. Update: I doubt the novel has any more depth because surprisingly the manga is worse than the anime with redundant it truly is to the story of Tokyo Ghoul. While some fights are different, with a tiny bit of context to the character's emotions and even less content than the anime, the story has no solid foundation of reasoning to the main story --truly useless. 3/10. |

| Starting off with a horror murder to 2 highschool students Fura Minami is helping Arima to slay ghouls which were progressing and we saw what Oomori 12 years before Sadly Minami was Lantern in this episode and got killed one thing's to say this is a nice OVA. |

| That fight between Minami vs. Arima was nicely done! It was short, but sweet! They have no idea how powerful Arima is. He's like my hacked character in dark souls, just a level 20, but all stats are maxed out. lol Damn, Minami is so damn cute! If I was a ghoul, I'd hunt her down and cannibalize her myself! Cool OVA. Minami's motive was wrong, but understandable. I dislike people who take their blessings for granted as well. 8/10 |
