| So I see a lot of Lucia fans but to me she just seemed like a crazy emotional jerk. Not trying to be rude to those who like her, but can anyone explain why she's the best girl to me? Personally I really disliked her as a character so I was wanting to see it from the point of view of one of her fans. To answer the question, Kagari was my favorite girl in the game. | Lucia, easily. She's been best girl since I played it in 2011. I assume also counts as the same person... My room is covered in everything Lucia. @Kaiki-Deishu Because Lucia is supreme and the only One-True-Lucia. jk Seriously speaking, because I like classic tsunderes like her and unwrapping them to see what they are really like behind the façade. Although Lucia scored 2nd to Akane in Japanese votes, there is more things of Lucia, so undoubtedly she is very well-liked. |

| Honestly... I like all of them. Shizuru, Chihaya and Kagari are more of my 'type' though, but at the same time I think Lucia and Akane had the best development in their respective routes |

| vote for the Lucia. While playing the common route, she seemed really stereotypical and it was of the type that I wasn't really found of but Lucia's route is true key's greatness. The feels in that one are strong. I believe that the reason for that was that Lucia's route wasn't that filled with supernatural. Protagonist doesn't use his powers till the very end (if I remember correctly). Sure the plot is around supernatural but it could also be easily explained as a disease, which it was. Because Rewrite is completely filled with supernatural, Lucia's route felt refreshing in comparison and simply made me thing that even though Key always adds supernatural to their works the stories that are closer to the earth turn out better. Still, Rewrite is one of few VN in which I liked most of the heroines and I could easily make explanation as to why I like the others. Maybe with exception of Chihaya, (who did not get her route, it was Sakuya's route :) , still beast though) |
