| Another backstory... well... these are the plagues of this series, we are almost constantly dwelling in the past. I don't think Kija's backstory was ever needed in the first place. I don't find this OVA very interesting, it was bad choice to dedicate it only to one dragon. There was also not much scenes of Yona. 5/10 |
| This was a fun OVA to watch!! I already read the manga straight after I finished the anime, so I'm a bit slow to realize that there was an OVA as well... The last scene with the soap was hilarious!! XD Can't wait for a season 2!! |

| I felt lucky to find this OVA right after I finished the main series :D I love it! Didn't read the description and was going in thinking that it would only be light fanservice OVA, but surprisingly it contains plot. Jae-Ha's words to Ki-Ja in the previous Pirate Arc (what was the proper name) tbh left a little bad aftertaste for me... moreover since at that time I felt that Ki-Ja's character hadn't really been explored yet so I kinda felt bad if he was being disliked for that. So I'm really happy when I see they resolved that matter and their relationship get closer here :) |
| I opened my anime list and what do I see: Akatsuki no Yona OVA is at the top? I had no idea there are going to be more OVAs. :) Now the question is, does the status of a show change itself from "finished" to "watching" automatically when they add new episodes to that show here on MAL? Well, this is definitely a very nice surprise. |

| Short but excellent backstory like this is always amazing. Kija and Jaeha are getting along well. Thumbs up for Jaeha for understanding what pain Kija has gone through, even though part of it was by a spider. That was funny This is a nice classic onsen different kind of onsen episode. [b]Not even 1 person has attempted or has even accidentally taken a peep to the other side of the bath. I'm not even mad, I'm actually impressed! |

| lots of stuff happening in this episode of the ova, but what struck me most was probably the way they popped in a short flashback of Jaeha's backstory; like, hey people who made the anime; consider your angles please, this is kinda suggestive in probably the wrong way??? |

| That was such a good episode for an OVA, we got to see how thoughtful & kind Jaeha is & more backstory of Kija’s. The art showing how Kija was carrying the weight of his dad & all his ancestors with their claws reaching for him & with him was so impactful. And a very moving story indeed. Hak has also gotten so close to them. Loved it when he invited Jaeha to drink together after he overheard them talking & knew Jaeha might have been affected by Kija’s story. You can tell just how much he trusts them & is never threatened by them, they are all there to help & protect Yona♡ I love them all!!!!!!! So cute when Jaeha wanted to see Shin-ah’s eyes lolllllol |

| This is a really good ova. 1st half was really funny. Then the next half is really sad. I love the backstories and hoping to see Zeno's |
