| i didnt know anything about it when i started watching it, i could only watch a few eps without losing interest as i dont know the game. so i would advise to atleast know some of the rules. |

| Not a clue what Majong was even about when I started this. Now I'm at 13 eps and I find it quite enjoyable, though I still don't understand to much. It's the general athmosphere I guess that does it for me. But then when I think about it, before Hikaru no Go I didn't know shit about Igo either, but now I would dearly like to learn to play that game. I enjoy(ed) both enough. |
| Its more about the psychological battles. They explain the rough rules and you can figure it out as you go. |
