| In the first episode the Section Four guys show up and end up brutally killed in the end of the episode. There is the recurrent flashback with the villain and Yomi is in it and has a connection to the main guy, Tooru. Is this plot point ever developed? Like in the manga, or something? I think it isn't, because the Wikia has nothing else on these characters. So are they just random throw-aways? Is the flashback only meant to look cool and set the mood? As I was watching the show past the half-way point I kept thinking that I had somehow missed an episode or something. |

Apparently the section 4 that appear in the first episode are supporting characters of another manga by the same mangaka titled "Tokyo ESP". I guess you have to read that manga if you want to know more about them. Hope it helps. |
