| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that was cute. We get a girl who lives a sort of double life. One is where everyone admires her and the other is where she behaves like a completely obsessed otaku in CHIBI. I think the show itself is fun though if not taken seriously. Obviously, it's comedy so there's a lot of humor about it.  That blue haired girl is kinda annoying. |

| I think it was really cute and at times funny.That's all I wanted from this anime ;) The opening is the cutest thing I have ever seen in anime,I can die in peace now. |

| Both personalities are...meeeeeeeh. They are so exaggerated that it annoyed me. There has to be much character development to change that, but i doubt, this anime is about that lol. I like the oni-chan though, he seems to be a good lad. NICE BOAT! |
| Personally i enjoyed the manga but i think 24 minute episodes are a bit to long expected 5 minute ones to be honest. Well at least it's no rushed which is a good thing. |
| I hate to be that guy, but she seems so different from the manga In the manga she was more playful with her brother and in the anime she seems more bratty Nonetheless, she was adorable and besides that little change in character, I expected this much from the anime, so hyped to see more |

| Her habits, the contrast were pretty fun. Those tantrums, I feel bad for his brother. Those hamsters look funny. Well, this was really entertaining to say at least. Her Himouto phase was rather interesting. All the sudden changes and everything being "planned" out. |

| I was going to stop with the tantrum scene, even with all it's animation splendor.. In fact the animation kept me going & I'm glad I did. Also that munchie scene.. it was too accurate. Loved it. |

| I have been following the manga up to the latest translation chapter and boy am I glad it got turns into an anime. I still curious on how can she change so much in physical appearance. Both of her appearance are cute so it's okay, but man I feel sorry for her brother lol. The manga just got to the good part ;) and can't wait for more to come in here. |

| Really enjoyed the first episode, Umaru is still as cute as ever, can't wait to see more of her in animated form. I'm surprised this isn't a short anime though. I don't if they announced the episode duration ahead of time but I assumed it was only going to be like maybe 5 mins per episode or something like that considering the mangas chapters are only around 8 pages long, I not complaining though, I prefer the longer episode length. |

| Wow, this was.....fun! xD Really funny how Umaru is always chibi at home. xDD And the way how the studio animated her glorious NEET moments at home. Wonderful. xDDD And I also like that this is a full length anime series. I would never want this to be a 5-minute short, because I fear that the animation quality might even drop. :x This is really great and fun. I'll keep on watching! :D |

| I was expecting tons of comedic situations and gags, references to anime/video games (we only got 1 reeeaaalllly obvious reference, which wasn't even a reference, it was advertising, and some in the opening), and a likeable heroine but all I got was Umaru acting like a bitch to her perfectly respectable brother, her being perfect and knowing how to do everything and CHIPS! SHOOTS! COLA! SQUID! CHIPS! SHOOTS! COLA! Blah, pass. |
| best worst imouto Umaru or kirino ?~ like the art and expressions Umaru makes when she enters her deformed lazy mode are great,just was expecting this to be way funnier maybe it will improve also that rathalos had afro in the opening all i needed to say on that. |

| AOTS for SoL comedy this season. Didn't expect this, quite a surprisingly good show. The animation itself is also pretty. 8/10 would definitely watch until its over. |

| It managed to get a lot of chuckles out of me, but nothing more. Umaru is more annoying and spoiled than cute to me. I'll keep watching just in case it gets better, but so far it's just ok. |
