Ending question

I have not yet watched this anime. I plan to, but I want to know one thing - is the ending in the anime series the same as in the manga series (haven't read that either)? Just want to know that, because maybe I'll read the manga first, if they're different.

I'm pretty sure that, whilst the anime follows the manga, it kinda leaves a "to be continued ending" . However, the manga itself continues until the plot ends.

Thank you. Guess I'll watch the anime until the end and then read the ending in manga.
Perhaps you can tell from which chapter then it would be best to start reading after anime?

Ok, I've already found out that anime ends at chapter 82 and there's 175 chapters total.
