| That was the episode of the season right there. That was just awesome. Ost's were on point, animation and art always killer. The facial expressions were just amazing. Mind blown. Kotomine Kirei and Lancer...we hardly knew yee. 10/10 |

Neither of those has much to do with obeying though, Every servant can make their own decisions, that's why the command spells are needed. In order for masters protect themselves in case they have a disobedient servant. |

They actually translated "karada wa tsurugi de dekiteiru" as "Steel is my body" (due to this mistranslation you will not understand the meaning of it as an AO unless you remember the full chant from EP10)... I am speechless. While it makes sense in context, it's not what he actually says... and what Archer said early on sounded very weird too after Saber noted "he is out of mana", no actually Saber is probably supposed to say something differently, like "his mana is dissapating" or something along those lines, as otherwise it makes not much sense. |

| AAfter this episode I kind of like Shirou now. This was a great episode. R.I.P. to Lancer. he was really a bro to the end. Shirou vs Archer was alright. The flashback towards the end was really good. It explain (to me at least) why Shirou wanted to be a hero in the first place. It just Archer had forgot at some point what he was fighting for. Next episode better had beast action thou. 5/5. |

What, do you want me to give a detailed explanation? Short answer: It's the sheath of Saber's sword that was put into Shirou by Kerry(who was Sabers previous master) which caused Shirou to summons Saber by accident. Long answer: Optional. |

Archer using UBW here is anime original stuff and its also one of the main criticisms of this episode since him using it here makes no sense for the reason you mentioned. |

Although Nasu probably just said, fuck it it's cool to have the fight in UBW, and decided to ignore power levels. |
