| My fav is Waver and Rider because I loved the dynamic and how Rider really helped Waver progress. As far as getting along as a unit and probably most effective I'd assume Kirei and Gil, from what I've seen in Zero and UBW so far most pairings either have a useless member, a member that disregards the other-if not both doing so.-, one that endangers the other due to weakness and betrayals, except those two. Anyways I'm going to get off after this post to avoid spoilers, in case anyone responds to Waver Rider, you shouldn't bother because I won't see it. |

Really though, for Bazett/Lancer it was the way the two characters and their relationship was looked it in HA and for Illya/Berserker the whole relationship was great. Yes I know I literally said nothing there. But I'll just say it's scenes like Ath nGabla and Winter Forest that helped me decide that. |

| What's next, best episode? Best noble phantasm? Best voice actor? Hakuno and Archer is my favorite so far. In terms of anime only, it'd have to be Kirei and Gil. |

| Rin/Archer followed closely by Bazett/Lancer. Rin/Archer just have too much chemistry and they play exceptionally well off each other. Not to mention, as a combo, they're so freaking powerful. Bazett/Lancer just feel like they're meant for each other. Their origin. Their powers. Their personal preferences. Their personalities. It's just too perfect. |
