They definitely set it up for a second season. I really hope they do, because the second OVA was a bit of a cliff hanger. However, if it doesn't show up by next year I think the chances are slim...

Spending more time thinking about the fictional world than reality.

Unfortunately I do not think it's gonna happen.

Manga finished in 2015 so it's coming up to two years now. There's no real need for them to make another season to promote the manga since the manga is all said and done.

The OVA was a good addition to the story but in my opinion, it was mainly bait for the manga.

I really wanted to see the rest of the manga in an animated format. The anime hardly touched the good parts of AoHaRide.

I just finished it and honestly want a season 2 really bad, however its been years and no sign of it. Hopefully they'll come up with one eventually

If u have read manga of Ao haru ride.. Then its obvious that Anime hardly covered the major plot of the story... But If u guys didn't read Manga... Then I will highly suggest u.. Because it is filled with roller-coaster of emotions.. One of my favourites... And about second season.. Lets see. I am keeping my hopes up for it... 💯

It's 2021 and there is no season 2

Also I think m ok with the ending especially after OVA ep bcz they gave much closure to anime only fans.
I know just reading these review they continue the story with that touma guy but m pretty sure the end would be leading characters ending up together so why bother

I wish I hadn't gone further with the manga LOL, the anime ending was pretty much an acceptable enough ending, though I know a lot of fans were mad that they didn't kiss.

I have finished the manga 2 or 3 times and it's one of my all time fav shojo manga, after reading it I went through a phase where I almost read all the good shojo mangas so....

that kissing thing was solved in the manga pretty soon and overall I don't have any complain about this manga

this was honestly the best shoujo anime i've watched, this really needs a season 2 but chances of it seem slim. i'm gonna start the manga, i wanna see what happens next, i just want futaba and kou to get together
