| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Meh episode. Almost every episode feels the same repetitive fighting under the darkened skies. (well okay, subway station this time) This one didn't feel much different either tbh...with Sakaya, the catgirl, etc. Only part that was kinda fun was the threat this episode that looked like an actual threat: The drama also felt so forced lol. "Shinichirou, Shinichirou, Shinichirou!" |

| For someone who has an unlimited amount of spiritual power, Shinichirou's life-force is very weak. Getting knocked out over a simple smoke specter? But he did dodge an incoming slap from a tsundere earlier, which is quite rare. So maybe he's not all that weak after all? From the way the blonde villain was talking to Suseri, it seems like the main villain is probably related to the Shimazu family. She said, "Father hasn't forbidden me from fighting you." which is hinting the possibility. I find it funny how her name and Sakuya's (supposed) "true" name are the same. Hilariously ironic! XD Below average episode. Endcard continues to be great though! :3  |

| The highlight of this episode was . . . Tamako was wearing panties so they didn't censor it every time it looked like she might expose herself. Seriously, that's about it. Completely forgettable episode with formulaic fight and minimal plot progression or character development. |

| Since when did CPR involve kissing the lips without blocking the nose? And since when did pumping a person's lower half constitute CPR? Someone really needs to go back and redo that animation because that scene looked nothing like CPR... Shinichirou finally gets armed to join the fight, only to use everything BUT the Katana they armed him with in the end. So what was keeping him from fighting before? That said, the contents of the show was pretty decent. Am excited for the big reveal about the Isuca girl, specially since Sakuya fainted immediately after shooting her arm off. |

| This was an alright episode, although the smoke spectre served no real threat other than to build to the suspense where Sauseri went to defeat it while Sakuya passionately kisses Asano under the guise of CPR. Suseri got hurt pree bad tho. I felt super bad. GUYYYSSSS I think we can all agree that that blonde girl is prolly like Sakuya's dark spirit or something. Probably similar to what usually happens after she gets kissed by Shinichirou, but now, instead of having surplus life force, she uses all she currently has. Heck, she might even have given him some when he was unconscious. I doubt she'll be gone for long. Shinichirou can probably giver her some special 'CPR' to restore her to max life force. | She announces a finishing move, pulls it off, cuts off the mage's arm and they both faint, ending all within a matter of 12 seconds. This anime has some serious pacing issues. |
| Sometimes i dont understand ppl behind censorship... Anime is full of ecchi and they just hide nipples as it would make it inappropriate to air for non adults... but for the love of god whats so bad about showing severed arm.... Another thing that bit my ass they didnt even care about detail like CPR which aint even close to real thing... This ep i kinda really got bored by that spam of kamaitachi as like summoner cant summon other than ferret >.> On the other hand tamako's fanservice was decent as always. |
| That was an ... interesting episode ... so Sakuya's going full on blushing and her version of "nice" anyway ... meanwhile Shinichirou gets a sweet sword :O They're baited in by this smoke ghost and for some reason nobody helps him on that platform ... I don't understand why O_O Why was Sakuya held back? Well in any case, that CPR ... I don't really think that's how it works lol XD Suseri gets crushed pretty much, the western mage is clearly very strong. Plus her name is "Isuca" too ... hmm, named by her "father" who I'm guessing is that person she was talking with ... I wonder what that's all about? Looks like Sakuya used a new technique that drains her own life force/strength to shoot a super strong arrow which TAKES OFF HER ARM. Dang O_O Well, guess we'll see how it goes next episode ... |

| Ah, finally the sword got mentioned again. Because, hey, the MC needed something to protect his stupidity. Eventhough, some of the scenes were fine at its lowest interest. The direction still bad as usual. The western witch name revealed by herself, tho. I don't even know what the heck she was thinking. But for god sake, Suseri being reckless was an absolute dissapointment on this episode. Was that fanservices purposes always caught up as a blame? If yes, you all just messed up with the potential lewd of Tamako. Whatever, then. |

| Let me guess, the antagonist of this anime is actually a clone of Sakuya or something like that, right? If it's this it'll make for such a great plot twist, right? I hope this anime isn't THAT predictable. |
