| Yukari walked through the forest near leaf village a big grin on her face. She had just completed another mission. People were starting to recognize her too! She flipped her hair and laughed. Yukari: Im on my way to be the most known warrior around! Not bad for a kid HAHAH! Yukari rubbed the large steel looking ring hanging at her hip. She hadn't been carrying her staff with her lately for fear she would lose it. She was constantly misplacing it and she only had one. But not having it severly reduced her fighting ability. And she needed to be at her best today. She had heard rumors of someone attacking leaf ninja in the forest outside the village. While she wasn't actually part of the leaf a hero couldn't let that stand. Yukari: Evildoers must be punished! However contrary to her confident attitude she was actually quite worried. The injuries she had heard about was not from average ninja weapons. She knew that some ninja carried katana, however the cutting patterns were apparently to wide to be a katana. And she didn't know any ninja who carried broadswords or claymores. In fact when she had asked if that wasa possib ility the people had looked at her like she was talking gibberish. Seriously who didn't know what a claymore was!? Maby they called it something different here just like they called mana chakra. How weird is that!!?? She looked around maintaining a clear perception of where she was, she couldn't afford to get lost not alone like this. Plus she didn't think anyone knew that she was out here. She saw some footprints and squatted down. Another discomforting sign, ninja generally traveled up high not on the ground. She closed her eyes and then looked closer at the footprints. Not sandles, these were armored. Tatsuyan military boots most likely. She remembered this from her studies. But why were they here..... It had surprised her that one of the Yoru no Tsubasa was here a while ago but she knew they were often sent on recon. There was absolutely no reason whatsoever for the military to be here. She scowled and thought to herself. Why were they here? To capture her? No couldn't be if that was the case blondie would've taken her. She couldn't have stopped her not a chance. It wasn't recon or resource gathering either or they wouldn't be attacking ninja. It was almost as if they were testing the ninjas strength and reactions to a threat. That was a Tatsuyan military tactic, send some low ranking soldiers to gauge the opponents strength. But that practice had been disbanded ever since Ser Maibara had taken the throne. What was going on? |

| Rue shed tears as she laid the Tatsuyan soldiers to rest They had ambushed her, Hitsuo'oand Tatsuya had always had a love hate relationship. They would go several years helping each other then a higher up would say something wrong to another and they would be at war for a few years they were in a bad time right now and while the Tatsuyans might be able to blend in here if they had their armor off the people of Hitsuo'o stuck out like a sore thumb no matter what they did. Most likely it was their ears and eyes. But whatever it had been the Tatsuyan Knights had spotted her and attacked many of her friends died to protect her. The animals she had tamed and spent many years with now lay scattered among the soldiers. She shed tears for both wipeing them away as she set each person in the position Tatsuyan Soldiers were ceremoniously buried. Meanwhile separating her friends. Rue: Im sorry it had to turn out like this.... Im sad but I know you were just following orders, I am sorry you had to die.... |
