| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Cool, a new game. New players and this time, they're going with bowling. The way the episode was structured also had a good momentum and I found every play to be tense when it came to bother players' turn. Like the first episode, it had the thrills with the flashbacks. Well timed and overall, I thought the pacing of this episode well done quite well. The feels ;_; |

| Sweat ep :) Nice to know they won't always be Hell and Heaven and we'll be getting some were both can be good people ^^ Nice game though. Having the opponents heart beating in ur bowling ball :O And Decim can actually make a joke :O He took me by surprise with the 5 minute date thing lol XD Onna seems to have gotten used to this ^^ Her interactions with Decim and her smile at the end were nice to see :D |

| It's so nice to see that there is the option of both parties being able to be reincarnated, rather than someone unfairly going to the void like the first couple. I was sad thinking that one of them was going to the void until I saw above the elevator doors. ;o; This was a really good episode Hikarusuke said: One thing I'm confused about though is that girl was Mia right and not the other girl right? | Didn't really expect such an episode, I've always thought this as a series would be all trickery, cunning and betrayal but this really was a nice change of pace by being honest. To be able to guess what each other is thinking through having bowling balls of each other hearts. Really the fitting game to let the romance blossom, really glad that they are reincarnated, hope they meet each other again! Decin and Onna gets along pretty well too! |

| 5/5, I almost CRIED! Ps. I want this sondtrack NOW. It is perfect. Ps 2. And this is AOTS for me, great job. One of the only few really good shows produced by Madhouse. |

| I was very pleased to see both were give the choice of reincarnation after their date. Not all will be gloom and doom in this show it seems. And Decim has a sense of humour, who knew? Fridays with JoJo and Death Parade are perfect. |

| Oh my god ... i can't believe this ... HAHA the way they trolled me.. i was expecting for some twist..horror.. lies... but no.. it was such a friendly atmosphere... and no pain from the game.. WTF DUDE ? hahaha oh and they both got reincarnation ... a tragic love story but still it was pleasant... i hope that they might find themselves again in their new lives... i don't know if i believe in reincarnation or life after death but i do believe if two people are faithed together.. they will find themselves again.. BEST ANIME OF WINTER.... it mindfucks you XD |
| Let the tears flow. It was definitely a really nice episode and like others said, a nice change of pace. I think most of us expected it to always be on the intense and ugly side, but this showed that there are also really good and honest people too. Even though Shigeru remembered everything first, he didn't say anything. At first I thought he looked disappointed because Mai was not Chisato (and that they're dead), but it seems like he was just sad that they're no longer alive. I also thought in the flashback at the bowling alley when Shigeru heard the truth, he was surprised in a bad way, though instead I feel like he was surprised that his childhood friend would get plastic surgery, and maybe felt sympathetic about it since idk, I wouldn't want someone I knew to think that they'd have to plastic surgery to look better when they're fine the way they are. When Mai got her memories back, she didn't even think of lying to Shigeru, and wanted to tell him that she's not actually Chisato. I'm glad it ended well for them, and that they were able to have their first and last date together. But lol, Decim's joke really got me (and everyone in episode). Onna's also pretty funny too because she's so human that it feels like she's expressing my thoughts.
