Quoting from Wikipedia: "A prequel light novel titled Washio Sumi wa Yūsha de Aru (鷲尾須美は勇者である?, lit. Washio Sumi is a Hero), written by Takahiro and illustrated by Bunbun, began serialization in the June 2014 issue of ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G's Magazine sold on April 30, 2014; it will conclude with eight chapters in the January 2015 issue to be sold on November 29, 2014. The novel takes place two years before the anime's time frame." The website for Dengeki G's Magazine is http://gs.dengeki.com/ - since I don't read Japanese, I have no idea if any portions of the novel chapters are actually posted there, though, or if you have to be a magazine subscriber. |
