| I've seen someone mentioning cooldowns of draconic arts (such as Ley Admos/Ciel Zam Kafa) and that's also supposedly reason why neither Ludmila or Ellen could do anything against the guy from Serrash. I would love someone to explain those cooldowns to me. Does it render war maidens completely useless after using it? I can't imagine how war maiden, which equals 1 thousand soldiers strength, would suddenly not be able to lift a finger against mere soldier(assassin) who is wielding nothing but sword. |

| Depends on the Vanadis, Ellen's Ley Admos for example draws all the wind from around her including the wind that acts as her shield leaving her open to attack for a short period, it's also physically exhausting to repeatedly use them. The problem with the anime assassin scene is they didn't show it properly the two had been fighting for a while and where pretty much exhausted, when the assassin struck he was fairly close to Ellen who had her back turned to him Ludmira noticed and moved to protect Ellen then Tigre killed the assassin The vanadis are extremely powerful but they're far from unkillable. |
