| Finally decided to watch this....been meaning to for some time now, but just never got around to it. I like it so far.....there was a lot more humor than I expected lol. |

| I wonder how the right hand could tell what the right thing to do was when it saved the kid, and block the girl chop? can it read the mind of it's host? or was it just self defense. (i'm assuming the latter). but that doesn't explain the boob grab. thirsty right hand. also, i wonder who's gonna clean up that screwed up looking dog. |
| Very intriguing first episode! I enjoyed the animation and artwork, and I'm predicting that at some point Shinichi's parents will be taken over, and that's gonna be really sad and messed up :( |

| Huh, super interesting premise! They hint a bit about how the aliens got here, but looks like we're gonna have to wait on that. The morphing and eating other people is kind of disturbing >_< Anyway I wonder how Shinichi will deal with having his right hand like that ... I mean, it seems as though the alien has a point, it's better if they cooperate, though that kinda sucks lol D: We'll see where this goes, the art gets kind of weird at times but I really like the music. The OP is awesome and the ED is nice and relaxing :D |
| So, today I was watching the first episodes of some anime from this season on crunchyroll, namely, Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens (which I expected a DRRR/Baccano!! style, but was much below those two), Citrus (kinda clichéed yuri anime), Junji Ito Collection (hey, it's more comedy than horror, manga is much more creepy), and Pop Team Epic (it's funny, but so nonsense...). For me, all of them were very below average, and I started to think if the problem was me of if this season is that bad... my answer came when I was roaming Crunchyroll and came across Parasyte. Yea. I've watched only the first episode. And it's awesome. It's interesting, sometimes funny, sometimes creepy. The first episode passed in a flash, by keeping me interested all the time. That's hat I expect of good anime. The music is on spot, putting emotion every time it's needed. It's great. I watched just one episode, but it is great. And I'm going to watch the second right now! |

| Finally watching this. Been on my to watch list for sooo long. I definitely knew the parasites were going to bother me haha. I'll a huge horror movie fan and can watch really gorey movies without blinking but there are just certain things that just really bug me. And this is definitely one. I'm a fan of the gore but ew..just seeing that thing attached to his hands seriously bothers me xD it actually gave me chills. It's super gross. The dog was kinda gross too. But I think it's the fact that it was attached in a human and like seeing the eyebal in the eye. Ew ew ew. But I like its personality so I hope it will get better for me later! |

| The opening sounds... weird, I don't like the autotune at all. The dubstep soundtrack is pretty fitting so far though which is unusual. Seems like his hand can't betray him since it will die else, interesting so far. |

| Interesting episode. So far I like it. The scene where this little worm thingy went into Shinichi reminded me somewhat on Matrix. Definitely very entertaining. That dog though. With the wings he looked even more disgusting. Can't wait to see where the story will go. Oh and not to forget, the OP is a banger. |

| Rewatching Parasyte after a long ass time and man... that dubstep OST still ain't fitting well with me personally. The sound design has a lot of good aspects to it but the dubstep elements kill any chances of me really loving it as a whole. But other than that, it was a fairly solid opening episode with a solid premise with nice, uncensored goodness too for the gore. The artstyle definitely doesn't scream graphic like the manga, and feels too light in a way, but at least the action makes up for that pretty well. |
| Let Me Hear has to be one of the best anime openings ever The art was a little different, but the animation was pretty smooth. Madhouse GOAT I did not expect Migi's voice to sound like that lol Dang they're introducing that serial killer dude in the first episode? Pretty smart decision imo since I don't think he was introduced in the manga until way later. |

| Okay one thing that I noticed is how beaitful the OST is. Animation is good I guess. Seems like there's something wrong with his mom's arm.. Shinchi is a monster now too. How will he live with an alien arm like that? Let's see.. That dog in the end was scary.. |

| First time watching this show. It's pretty decent; particularly, the visuals, sound, and music stand out to me. The story isn't exactly original in its execution, but it's good for what it is. |

| Here we are with the first episode of Parasyte The Maxim and what an episode it was. I love the animation along with opening and ending theme. The animation really fits the show and that ending theme was amazing. The MC Shinichi is also pretty solid. I love the way he acted when the Paraste tried to invade his body. Using the headphones to stop it was a smart idea and it actually worked. That dog trandformation was crazy with the wings and stuff. Seeing the other parasites doing there thing throughout the ep was crazy. Also the ending sequence was wild. off to the next. |
