why it suddenly get many readers? when i first add it to my favorites (around 3 mouth ago when i also starting add my manga history), it has around 1000 voter. just in 3 mounth, it almost twice it.

Taishou Otome Otogibanashi. It's not that short but it's my fav

About the main story:

While I found the general premise interesting, the unknown age-gap was a bit weird for my taste. But you eventually learn how old they actually were / are throughout the story.

Him being a middle-schooler would make him at most 15. In chapter 4 we learn that he was actually 14 1/2. (5 years met, half year until drinking age, which is 20 in japan.)
In the very last chapter she says that his university-friends are 10 years younger than her. So the agegap is most likely around 10 years.

Timeskips were a bit too far apart for my taste. Chapter 1+2 were close, but by chapter 3 he is already taller than she is. Age unknown.
And at the end of chapter 3, it's implied that they get intimate.

By chapter 4, they are together for 5 years. I would have liked to see what his parents had to say about the whole thing.

On one hand, she didn't mind getting together with him and then living together, but once marriage is brought up she suddenly brings up the age-difference?

Where did she expect that their relationship would go? That they would remain boyfriend and girlfriend for the rest of their lives? Or did she really expect him to dump her eventually?

Ah, well, the bus ride in the last chapter was a nice touch.

Overall a pleasent read. But I have to say I wouldn't have minded if the pages for the 3 short stories would have been used to expand the main story a little bit.
Or add a few more chapters in general.

Can this series be considered a side story /spinoff of "14-sai no Koi" (Love at Fourteen) considering the chapter called "Game over" in volume 9 starting on page 165, or for people looking by chapters online after chapter 41 or intermission 56.

The chapter is pretty much the same as chapter one of this series.
