We find out more about Esdese this episode. She almost looks kinda cute when she was little. Same song still. I think we'll get the new theme songs later for debut. |

| Nice episode showing Esdeath's dark past and her getting her Teigu. Too bad she lost Tatsumi once again. The fight with that colossal danger beast was pretty cool to showcase Esdeath's ice attacks. |

She is f'ed up in the head but I could get used to the S&M. And my God, next week's preview... I can't wait for dat Beach episode. |

| Great episode! I've been waiting to see this part animated lol. It was also great seeing Esdese's back story animated as well. Also it looks like they finally intoduced Shura (a.k.a biggest scum bag ever) ugh hate that guy. Now it looks like the Path of Peace arc is finally beginning. |

Though I didn't like the "it can't be helped" to slide everything past. Esdeath taming that danger beast's blood o.o Getting back since the minister's son opened the portal again, separated again though. |

| So the mysterious man who's been causing trouble is the minister's son. What a dick. This episode shows that Esdeath is indeed OP and it also shows how she became OP. (^_^) I feel sorry for her because Tatsumi doesn't love her back, but at least we know that Tatsumi shows he cares for her, even just a bit. With the introduction of Shambhala and Demon's Extract, that updates our Teigu (Imperial Arms) count: 20 Known & 28 Unknown. |

| I'm really liking Esdeath x Tatsumi (as well as her backstory) but as he said in the episode the crazy side of her has just been with her the whole time, nothing can really be done about it. It will be quite sad if they do become enemies which is most likely, I guess I can always hope for some sort of resolution between the two. As for the new enemy, I guess he acknowledged he couldn't handle fighting Esdeath, would like to know more about him, don't appreciate his psychotic attitude towards the woman with him though! Only bad thing about the episode was the lack of Akame and her awesome facial expressions |

| Man, Esdeath should have just killed the teleporter when he revealed himself. Good to hear her backstory, but I'm still confused as to why she must have Tatsumi. It just seems really out of character for her. |
